Who We Are
Highland Middle School, home of the Hawks, is a vibrant learning community in Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD.
Serving students in grades 6–8, Highland provides a supportive, student-centered environment where academic excellence, positive relationships, and personal growth are prioritized every day.

Our History
Highland Middle School was built in 1996 and officially opened its doors to students in 1998.
Created to meet the needs of a growing district, Highland has continued to build a legacy of academic success, student leadership, and community connection for over 25 years.
The Community We Serve
Highland Middle School serves students in the central portion of Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD. We work closely with our feeder campuses to support a smooth and supported academic journey from elementary school through high school graduation. Families are also encouraged to stay involved through our active PTO and a variety of volunteer opportunities throughout the year.
